Uncover meaningful, job-relevant insights about people with Arctic Shores’ next generation of psychometric assessment, powered by neuroscience.
Gamified assessments are a more engaging and immersive alternative to traditional psychometric tests. Candidates complete a series of levels that capture data points (up to 12,000!) without the process feeling like a high-pressure test situation.
The assessments are grounded in validated psychological models of intelligence, personality and cognitive neuroscience. They use real behaviors to create a psychometric profile. Arctic Shores follows strict standards of the British Psychological Society and all the research is reviewed by independent subject matter experts. Arctic Shores assessments are more predictive and efficient compared to conventional psychometric tests.
Every business is unique. That’s why at Awair we work closely with you to create a bespoke profile that measures the traits important for your organization.

Arctic Shores’ most popular behavioral assessment Skyrise City places candidates in a futuristic office setting with up to nine levels, measuring 33 personality and cognitive traits. These include traits such as resilience and emotional stability, areas of personality that hard to objectively assess through self-report questionnaires.
Additionally, this tool is suitable for individuals with learning disabilities or impairments such as dyslexia and color blindness, and in fact allow them to showcase their fit for a role more effectively than traditional measures.
Skyrise City has been designed for everyone, young or old, male or female, including those not familiar with psychometrics, struggle with paper-based tests, or find traditional assessments tedious.
Research has shown that an immersive nature and app-based interface reduces feelings of anxiety. A total of 81% of candidates felt more relaxed when taking gamified assessments compared with traditional methods.
