Awair helps businesses with a simple, easily understandable way to identify, promote and retain really talented people at all levels through strong and solid assessment method and tools.
Potential Assessment
Potential is the aggregate of characteristics – personality traits, cognitive abilities, values and motivations – that represent a personal performance foundation and the possibility of getting ahead within the organisation.
It is relatively stable (not immutable) in time and it is measured through personality and cognitive-based tests.
Readiness Assessment
Readiness is the indicator of how fit a person is now to take on a more challenging role. Thus, it indicates the success probability in the target-role, and it is assessed though behavioural interviews and simulations.
An assessment process is more likely to succeed when it exposes people not just to realistic challenges, but to the pivotal business challenges that have the greatest impact on the organization’s performance. Most leaders would encounter these significant challenges over the course of a year, but we present them in one day. This realism and depth have what produces accurate measures of what it takes to succeed and provides powerful feedback on how to develop.
