Milan, Paris, Barcelona, London \u2013 May 2019. Awair <\/strong>and 3 Minute Mile<\/strong> are two dynamic HR consulting boutiques<\/strong> headquartered in Italy and in the UK, respectively. Today, we are excited to announce our merger<\/strong>: we are now operating as one single company, although maintaining two distinct brands.<\/p>\n

Our complementary competences aim to optimise people\u2019s impact at work<\/strong>: our joint consulting teams offer a diverse range of multi-cultural, leading, proven skills.\u00a0 Our international experience is qualified by several years supporting Fortune 500 corporations, public sector entities, governments, third sector organisations, as well as SMEs. AWAIR <\/strong><\/a>was founded in 2012 in Milan and specializes in leadership assessment, development<\/strong>, and change management<\/strong>. Built on a strong international vocation, offices were soon opened in France and Spain, with partners and consultants working out of Paris and Barcelona to serve a growing pool of mid- to large-sized multinational clients.<\/p>\n
