Is known for planning, organizing, and following through on commitments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thought Leader<\/strong><br \/>\nFocuses on\u00a0ideas, creativity, innovation, and has a strategic problem-solving approach with a motivation to experiment and innovate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Social Leader<\/strong><br \/>\nSkilled at communicating, networking, and developing connections.
